Samer is a senior healthcare technologist with over 15 years digital transformation and consulting experience from both the UK and Middle East. He has led and delivered large scale Healthcare and Pharma programs.

More recently, he played a key role in launching national programs such as the population genome program, establishing and operationalizing massive throughput population-scale detection and diagnosis of COVID-19 laboratory solution in 14 days, the UAE’s Sinopharm phase 3 Covid19 vaccine clinical trials as well as delivering successful and pandemic free back-to-sport events such as the UFC Fight Island.
